Neil Young - Heart of Gold
On long drives through the night, especially the desert, Neil is your best companion. - Cameron Leahy
The Dear Hunter - Filth and Squalor
This song hits hard—big drums, powerful vocals, and even a little dubstep influence. It gets me pumped for any drive. - David Pavluk
Minus The Bear - My Time
OMNI, in its entirety, is an amazing record, but this song in particular is a great representation of who Minus The Bear is as a band. Very soulful, yet modern and catchy. Definitely one of my favorite bands. - Kyle Rodgers
of Montreal - An Eluardian Instance
This song will make you feel like you’re discovering the world all over again. Barnes’ nostalgic lyrics over the joyousness of the groovy, bass-driven arrangement (including an awesome horn section) makes for a truly timeless composition. - Cameron Leahy
Foxy Shazam - I Like It
This song lies somewhere between ridiculous and awesome. You’ll be singing it in your head as soon as it’s done. - David Pavluk
Death Cab For Cutie - Information Travels Faster
This song is perfect for late night drives, which we do often. The soothing vocals create a relaxing mood while the catchy, up-beat guitar riffs keep you awake and alert. - Wes Dimond
Nirvana - School
I love the humor in Nirvana’s lyrics. There’s something so pure about the way Cobain delivers those lyrics, No recess!!! - Cameron Leahy
of Montreal - Suffer For Fashion
of Montreal is another one of my favorite bands, not just for the fact that Kevin Barnes is a musical genius, but because it’s feel good music. Any band that can change my mood within the first few notes of the song are an amazing band to me. Suffer is one of those songs. It’s not even a happy song per say, but it makes me feel good. - Kyle Rodgers
Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know
I heard of Gotye only a few months ago and have grown to love this song. I hear a strong Sting influence, in the best way. Great vocal harmonies on this one. - Cameron Leahy
The Strokes - Undercover of Darkness
This a great song to rock to while jamming the air-guitar and singing along.
